THE GROWTH FINANCING OF FAMILY BUSINESSES FROM THE POLISH ALTERNATIVE EXCHANGE MARKET NEWCONNECT
Abstract
The article is devoted to the issue of financing family businesses on NewConnect (NC), an exemplary European alternative trading system, which operates on the Polish capital market. The publication consists of three parts: a theoretical analysis of the essence, functions and operational rules of the market, the presentation of existing research results on the presence of family businesses on NC, and the author's own analyses based on the examples of three enterprises illustrating the financing possibilities for innovative, resilient and determined business entities.
