SMART CITY CONCEPT: METHODOLOGY OF ENERGY EFFICIENCY ASSESSMENT OF BUILDINGS

Abstract

Development of the digital economy and information technology requires the development of an effective urban space management system. In this regard, the Russian state has adopted a strategy for the development of the concept of Smart City. In the process of modernization of Russian energy and transport industries and Civil Engineering industry, new ways of the territorial energy efficiency improvement are relevant. The selected topic of the article is considered very relevant. The authors of the article on the basis of simulation modeling of sustainable development of the digital economy substantiated the methodology for evaluating the energy efficiency of Smart projects buildings, as well as the innovative solutions adopted. The energy efficiency of innovation Smart-projects and economical expediencies are estimated on a basis of urban district. The principles of transition of technology and the principles of an efficient use of energy are proposed. This article describes method of large-scale investment projects. The study results are of practical importance to increase the effectiveness of the implementation of the Smart City concept. The energy efficiency of these projects, buildings and urban space is an indicator of scientific and technical potential that represents the country’s level of development, stability, and reliability.
