Abstract

Modern humanity lives in conditions of innovative economy, which is characterized by the swiftness of the environment development, the influx of large flows of information, the continuity of product and technological changes. All this causes uncertainty associated with the future and the lack of full protection of the individual against the economic and financial implications. Economic and financial instability related to the financial and economic losses, while the economic security is linked to certain conditions which guarantee stable personality existence, as a minimum, and as a maximum, the development and strengthen the socio-economic position of the individual in the foreseeable future. Thus the assessment of personal economic security combines elements of risk assessment and the individual economic sustainability.
