EMPIRICAL STUDY ON THE IMPACT OF GROWTH AND LEARNING POTENTIAL OF THE COMPANY'S FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE
Abstract
In the current period has been observed that companies that pay attention to the continuous training of its staff and maintaining a career development program better suited to market requirements achieve superior financial and economic performance. Our study aims to measure the growth and learning potential impact on the financial performance of the company, based on a sample selected from the South West Development Region Oltenia –Mehedinti County.
