RISK ASSESSMENT OF THE ORGANIZATION CREDIT PORTFOLIO ON THE BASIS OF INDICATORS OF THE BORROWER FINANCIAL STANDING
Abstract
This article is devoted to the solution of the actual problem in modern conditions: the credit portfolio risks assessment of non-credit organizations. The article presents the basic principles of diagnosing short-term credit risk for corporate business. The proposed method allows estimating the influence of the financial risk condition of borrower on the organization credit portfolio on the basis of the results of the analysis. The algorithm of calculation of the short-term risk limit for corporate client was developed. Thus, this approach allows determining the volume of lending to the organization corporate client in accordance with its credit policy.
