AXIOLOGICAL DETERMINANTS OF MATRIMONIAL SELF-DETERMINATION OF THE MODERN YOUTH IN THE CONDITIONS OF HETEROTOPY
Abstract
The aim of the study is to identify the value orientations of modern Russian youth which are fundamental in the process of family self-determination. The main task is to identify those values, which determine the process of constructing the family image and comprehension of axiological essence of marriage and childbirth. The identification is based on the analysis of structural and informative interpretations of the “happy family” concept perceived by the today's youth. The analysis of the processes associated with the role structure transformation in a family, the release of the individual from the traditional forms social pressure and the radical transformation of social relations and social group structure of society in a heterogeneous space, different from the traditional, homogenous, reveals new factors and mechanisms of socio-cultural dynamics that can weaken or strengthen the institutional functions of the family which is one of the key factors of demographic security.
