MUNICIPAL DISTRICT ASYMMETRY (EVIDENCE FROM KURSK REGION)
Abstract
This article describes an estimation procedure for social and economic municipal district asymmetry. In order to identify social and economic asymmetry, regional parameters have been selected, analyzed and used to district quantitative rating and grouping based on developmental level. Parameter selection procedure has been covered by the regulations of the Government of the Russian Federation. Data for Kursk region' municipal districts have been used for calculations.
