INNOVATION AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP POTENTIAL IN DIASPORA IN A CONTEXT OF REGIONAL SMART SPECIALIZATION
Abstract
Innovation and smart specialization are recognized as the drivers of the most economies. Although it is Main dominating opinion in society acknowledges that members of Diaspora are mainly involved/ targeted to short time, rather low skilled workplaces with aim to gain capital and to return to native country. This research will include desk research about existing studies and findings on Entrepreneurship potential and innovation and regional smart specialization, and briefly adding small field research particularly about Diaspora importance and role in it.
