COMPARATIVE ASPECTS AT EUROPEAN LEVEL ON THE ORGANIZATION AND SWORN IN
Abstract
Given that it is the most representative government component of any public administrative system, we have proposed in this paper, to analyze how government is organized and invested in several European countries. Constitutions of various countries governing find distinct features and in terms of organizational structure or incompatibilities regime. Regarding the appointment of the Government, it is determined by the existing constitutional or parliamentary system, constitutional monarchy or semi-presidential regime, which is why we looked for each of them how it actually performs the appointment. Thus, the fundamental element of the administrative apparatus is therefore central government, whether we are dealing with centralized states (France, UK, Luxembourg, Ireland, Greece) or federation (Germany). Government has the task of policing the nation which he governs. He is the initiator, executor modeler and social policy measures, economic recovery and stabilization. He is responsible for public order, national defense, or relationships with other Member State concerned and the context in which we find ourselves today, steps and actions of a state government may have effects not only on national but also at European or world.
