THE ORGANIZATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF A PUBLIC WORKER'S CAREER IN ROMANIA
Abstract
The career of a public worker represents a reality of contemporaneity, being a truly complex career, very important and well designed in any modern, democratic state. A public worker's career represents the fundament of any educated, regulated and modern society, and it's characterized by professionalism, community spirit and continuous development. The public worker in Romania, occupies an important place inside the state mechanism, being a real liaison between the power and the people. A public worker must fulfill certain criteria, he must have several specific features and qualities, that need to be applied corectly in this amazing profession. In Romania, the public worker's career has evolved in time, and there are many modifications to the statute and demands of this profession, the public worker becoming a key element in the XXIst century, romanian society. This paper is due to analyse the evolution and importance of the public worker's career in Romania.
