STATE CORPORATIONS ESTABLISHMENT IN RUSSIA'S INDUSTRY AND THE EXPERIENCE OF OTHER COUNTRIES
Abstract
This article describes the features of state corporations in the Russian industry. State corporations are some of the points of economic growth in the system of industrial policy, which characterizes them as an instrument of state regulation to stabilize the economic condition of the industry and the state in general. The authors analyzed the world experience of creating state corporations. Analysis suggests that creating state corporations in the industrial sector helps stabilize of the economy in the country. The article describes the differences between Russian state corporations from their counterparts in other countries. The research is carried out with the financial support of Russian Humanitarian Scientific Fund in the framework of the research project "Models and mechanisms associated development of state corporations, regions and sectors in the trends of economic growth and technological upgrading, project в„– 14-02-00293.
