Abstract
The problem of development of research competence of the younger generation, regardless of where they live is especially relevant for rural areas of Siberia and the Far East, taking into account the scale of these regions. As a tool to solve this problem, we offer a network research СЃommunity that brings together students and teachers of the Pedagogical University and the students and teachers of secondary schools. This paper presents the results of the investigation of the factors influencing the efficiency of the network community. The research methodology is based on the system approach and information-and-activity-based approach. The achievement of the required quality has been measured by objective test procedures (Creativity Assessment Packet by Williams in modification made Tunik and others), the analysis of students ' research papers. We have also developed the diagnostic card to identify the level of development of student research competence. The performed research allows us to conclude that the most significant factors affecting the efficiency of the network research community are the choice of the topics of joint research, competence graduate students and University teachers in the use of network technologies in the development of the research competence of secondary school students, competence of secondary school teachers in the field of joint research works, software and technical support of interaction between participants of the network community.
