INTERTEXTUALITY AND GAMING PRINCIPLE AS POSTMODERN OPTIONS OF THE INTERPRETATION OF DISCOURSE CONCEPT
Abstract
Background: this article focuses on the analytical presentation of the main components of the concept of postmodern discourse, still insufficiently studied by modern linguistics or comparative discourse study, as terminological distinction between linguistic concepts of text and discourse in modern philology and linguistics is one of the most sophisticated issues. Discourse is interpreted as a semiotic process, realized in various types of discursive practices. Accentuation of this article is posed for consideration of intertextuality and gaming principle in the context of postmodern discourse. Methods: the research about how to organize thinking process in a postmodern consciousness firstly treated in terms of the classical tradition, where the process of thinking could be performed only with the support to sustainable forms of logical thinking and logical forms of thought. But verbal-linguistic expression of thought is always the most adequate accident and it is a form of non-rational verbal fluidity. As well it is necessary to apply the ontological characteristic of the world of nature and society, which declared ontological uncertainty in postmodern discourse. In general, the study of postmodern intertextual activity is appropriately researched by associative style of play, rather than by the traditional logical and structural approach. Conclusions: gaming principle as ideological aspect of postmodernism is focused on the transfer of the image of the world as chaos, absurdity devoid of causality, social and psychological determinism of behavior. The consequence of this vision of the world is the definition of postmodern intertextual discourse, characterized by the absence of structured model of the world and clear ethical principles and assessments.
