THE INTERACTION BETWEEN THE ENTREPRENEURIAL'S LABOR MARKET AND MARKET OF ENTREPRENEURIAL ACTIVITIES: SYSTEMATIC APPROACH IN THE CONTEXT OF MOTIVATION
Abstract
Entrepreneurial labour is considered as a special commodity, the creative characteristics of which fully determine the efficiency of the competitive economy, possibilities for producing goods of high quality and convenient services and scales and tempo of scientific, technical and organizational changes. Any entrepreneurial activity is always entrepreneurial labour, but not every entrepreneurial labour can be registered as entrepreneurial activity. Both the development of the market for entrepreneurial labour, which shows itself in a degree of entrepreneurial activity and the presence of entrepreneurial potential let one judge about the entrepreneurial climate of either a definite country or region. This article analyzes correlations between the market for entrepreneurial labour and that for entrepreneurial activity as systems, and estimates the level of development of Russia's market for entrepreneurial labour. The authors prove that these markets – i.e, two independent systems (from the perspective of the system approach) that interact with each other - will expand the theory of entrepreneurship and a new look for its functioning.
