CHRISTIAN EDUCATION AS PARADIGM IN THE VALORIZATION OF INTER-HUMAN RELATIONSHIP
Abstract
The complexity of the educative action is noticeable not only at the structural level, as far as the normativity of education is concerned, but, mostly, at the level involving the factors of education determined in the context of pedagogical community. The content of education is presented on the form of common value and on the standards of human becoming. This context implies a permanent valorization of human's interaction and also the transfer of value from a generation to another, from a culture to another. The Christian education is, in essence, a paradigm in the concept of intercultural education, especially by the promotion of some models of educative interaction, based on the anthropological fundament of inter-human dialogue and of the divine-human one. In this respect, the requirements of educative action redefine the anthropological and cultural function in the professional process, not only from the perspective of competition or conflict - as impulse of social development, but also from the perspective of ontological balance. Our study has the main purpose to emphasize the quality of the activity of Christian educator from the perspective of divine-human values that is, in fact, the starting point in the process of defining the concept of education and also the crystallization of common ideal in education. Our study method is the observation and the practical and theoretical analyses of the most important coordinated in the Romanian education and also in the catechetical work of the Church in the Romanian school in recent years. The perspective of meeting between Church and School at this level is a tradition in the Romanian culture, continued even during the decades of communism, a period very hard for the Church. Today, the Christian education needs a theoretical, practical and methodological interface, to meet the European standards in matters of education.
