In this paper we present the results of an ongoing educational project which was started in the year 2016 in Samara State University of Economics, Russia. The purpose of this study was to monitor and assess the changes in the studentsВ’ Oral Reading Fluency (ORF) level attained through two different approaches: blended Learning approach and Traditional Classroom method. In Russia English for Specific Purposes (ESP) clearly dominates in tertiary educational institutions. Thus, the research was based on ESP course. ...
