The purpose of this study is to accentuate the problems of describing pain by neurological bilingual patients according to the McGill Pain Questionnaire, which is used all over the world to measure and evaluate pain in neurology, anesthetics and clinical linguistic studies, to prove the necessity to translate, create and validate other questionnaires which could help to reveal the origin of pain.
