The article presents the analysis of the topical problems in the practice of Moscow state administrative bodies providing public services to citizens. This paper presents the results of a study of cultural concepts on the material of the Yakut language. It deals with the analysis of binary concepts: LIFE / DEATH, GOOD / EVIL, LOVE / HATRED. These are basic cultural concepts that classify the world.
