The paper devotes to the problem of equal integration of the States of Sub-Saharan Africa into the global informational and communicational space. Author argues that during of the postcolonial history the governments of Africans countries tried to reduce the dependence from well-developed nations. But their desire to become a part of global informational and communicational space actually encourages the increase of the dependence but not the reduction of it.
