The aim of the study was to identify, which psychological constructs predict career decidedness of students. Survey sample consisted of 74 Slovak grammar school students (Mage = 16,51; SDage = 0,61, 63,5 % women and 36,5 % men). The analysis derives from previous research, which identified the most important predictors of career decidedness. These constructs are defined by Theory of Cognitive Information Processing.
