Implementation of learning organization requires continuous analysis of the current state and the continuous improvement. To be able to analyze the current state, it is necessary to know the criteria by which it is possible to evaluate. The paper describes method of self-assessment organization. First part of the article identifies criteria based on previous studies and literature. Subsequently the evaluation criteria are used in the process of creation of self-assessment method in terms of learning organization.
